We’ve been feasting on fresh tomatoes this year and I hope to share some of the recipes. Because oh yeah. These are GOOD.
First up: a summer tomato tart.
This was the last piece, and I was danged lucky to grab a picture before it disappeared into a tummy (mine). This was cheesy and fragrant and buttery and crumbly and so, so summery yum.
If you have a bumper crop of cherry/grape tomatoes, they could come to a far worse end than this.
