We got a lot of snow before American Thanksgiving, but then had very mild weather over Christmas, so for a couple of weeks we’ve been pretty well snowless. That changed earlier this week, as you saw in yesterday’s What’s On Deck picture. Monday was a snowy, snowy day, which meant that on Monday night, we topped off dinner with the ultimate winter dessert: snow cream.
It tastes – well – like icy cold sweetened condensed milk, so in other words, YUM to the BRRRR.
Tsarina asked if we could make it every time it snows. Win!
